This application note explores the Larkem® V40 compared to manual pipetting for the vialing of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells at the end of a 5-day process, analysing cell count, viability, potency, phenotype, and vial filling accuracy. The evaluative research included two donor samples that were processed using both the CliniMACS Prodigy® and G-Rex® systems.
