ATMP Mini‑Symposium 2026: Third Edition Heads to Lund

Following two highly successful editions in Stockholm and Uppsala, the ATMP Mini‑Symposium returns in 2026 for its third edition, this time in Lund. Previous events brought together over 170 participants at Karolinska Institute and more than 90 participants at Uppsala University, reinforcing the symposium’s role as a valued meeting place for the Swedish and Nordic ATMP community. 

The ATMP Mini‑Symposium 2026 will take place on 19 May 2026 (12:00–17:00) at Lund University. It aims to provide an open, inclusive forum for knowledge exchange across academia, healthcare and industry. 

Collaboration Across the ATMP Ecosystem 

The event is organised in collaboration with Lund Stem Cell CenterPre‑GMP (Cell and Gene Therapy)Lund University and Uppsala University, reflecting a shared ambition to strengthen collaboration and dialogue across the ATMP landscape. 

Scientific Program and Topics 

This year’s program features 12 invited speakers, alongside contributions from all organizing partners. The agenda spans the ATMP value chain, from early‑stage research to translational and industrial perspectives, and will cover topics including: 

  • Cell‑based immunotherapies 
  • Gene therapy and lentiviral vectors 
  • Disease‑modifying ATMPs 
  • Translational research and industrialization strategies 
  • Biomarkers, digital monitoring and artificial intelligence in ATMPs 
  • ATMP infrastructure and enabling technologies 

The program addresses a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, regenerative medicine, inflammatory diseases, rare diseases and cardiovascular conditions.

The ATMP Mini‑Symposium 2026 is free of charge, and anyone with an interest in advanced therapy medicinal products is welcome to attend.
