We recently completed a rapid 5-day CAR-T manufacturing study, evaluating two production workflows using the Miltenyi Biotec “all-in-one” CliniMACS Prodigy® and the Wilson Wolf Manufacturing, LLC “modular” G-Rex® platforms. Both processes yielded clinically-relevant CAR-T doses highlighting the feasibility of fast CAR-T manufacturing. Read the poster and feel free to reach out to us if you want to hear more.
